HK Pt 1

Well, FINALLY the HK pics came in. Thanks again to the Korean Babe (K-Babe) and our future Economist Babe (e-Babe). Oh by the way, caught Pirates today... Nothing much to talk about, just mediocre (approaching lame...).

Anyway moving on.

WARNING: LONG POST!

This is the gang that went with me to HK. That's all that's left of Community Services Club 2002 back in NY. 4 of us...

"Mad Four"

Youwei. Codename: K-babe. Mad and random

Engliang. Codename: Liang. Tall where it "counts".

Lingzhi. Codename: e-Babe. Full time Way-asker.

Me. Just simply Long...

So four mad friends went on a 5d4n free and easy trip to HK.

DAY 1: Some snap shots of your everyday HK.

"Random Street"

"Nathan Road i think"

Well for the first day we reached at about afternoon... Got our rooms and went horsing around. Got lost and took lotsa pictures to make up for it. That's when the majority of the street pics were taken.

"Huh?"

"Huh Huh?"

When lost, photowhore.

Anyway we soon found the way back with e-Babe asking pedestrains. Apparently we walked the opposite direction. How stupid. So we were led to the "nearest" MTR station and continued our way to Causeway Bay. Shots of the MTR station.

So we went to shop around Causeway Bay for the evening before me and liang went to meet up with some SR friends of mine for dinner and night market shopping. The girls went on their own.

"Ladies' Market"

Eileen

DAY 2: Had a half-day city tour of HK. First we went up to the SoHo area of Victoria Peak, where the rich and famous have their houses. Visted Repulse Bay and Aberdeen also, for the assorted touristy temples and waterfronts. Some emo shots before the bus left for the Peak.

"Lethargic pole dancing"

"Die-hard treehugger picking up roadside litter"

"View of SoHo and the Peak, from Repulse Bay"

Well the guide told us the brownish building near the top of the hill (blow the pic up) is where Jackie Chan has his apartment. There is also a HK tourism board commisioned TOURIST temple (meaning no worship) at the Bay. For photowhores...

K-Babe's getting anxious to get married...

That's Repulse Bay for you. Will continue on the posting tomorrow. Catch some shut eye first...

That's all for now...
