Back for photoposting...
After Repulse Bay we took a boat trip to view the "boat people" of HK, and spotted some yachts belonging to those filthy rich staying at Soho. Compare those yachts to those hive like public housing projects and you get the idea of the rich-poor divide...
Well after that we went to some time-wasting jewel shop, and touched this "biggest" geode in the world . Supposedly you can feel some pulse... I dunno, maybe it was my own pulse i felt.
Then it was off for lunch and then the cable ride to Lantau Island to see the Big Buddha. News came in two days back that one unoccupied cable car crashed from 50m... Cool. Maybe we spoilt it, with all our rocking and tilting... Anyway the cable car ride was 25min... If not for the rain and fog, the view would have been quite nice. Reached Ngong Ping Village where we took a short walk and a climb to reach the Buddha.
I'm damn pissed at paying the cash to see such a view of the exalted night cityscape... Still we managed to snap a few shots within a building itself. Like kukus, we lined up against the glass window and used our black clothes to neutralise the reflection... and Liang snapped this. Nabei.
"Lan Kwai Fong"
Well LKF is like MS in Singapore. Except it is very cramped. Full of angmohs with HK girls, office folks chilling after work, jams and of cos the two drunks above...
Day 4:
Was spent shopping at HK island, and even more shopping at Tsim Sha Tsui. Visited Avenue of Stars and watched a lame light display...
FOOD!!!

Doesn't Liang's face cramp up? It's astounding... looking at his identical expression before eating. Now for the real food.

"The REAL stuff, not the small tiny one at Chinatown"
