Spatiality

The hallowed space of the Lit Honours room
has great bearing on intelligence.
Where vodka flows and cards are played, it is
here we ply our inebriated diligence.

(photos credits to nadia, and some to my phone named "the long one")

Round after round of heart attack
Hands red and throbbing from the slap.
After which we drink of the booze
And the poets laid back
to take their snooze.

Even when essays above us loom
Not to worry, happiness rules,
with booze and snooze.
Here in the lit honours room.
